Full article body:
If a single day on the sea is not enough, this 3‑day sailing & camping escape is for you.
Starting from Hvar town, we sail on a small classic yacht along the south coast and spend two nights in Medvidina Bay, a quiet Robinson‑style anchorage far from the usual tourist routes.
This is a simple, authentic experience – closer to adventure than to luxury charter – made for guests who want time, space and silence.
The idea of the trip
Instead of changing bays every few hours, we slow down and give you time to truly arrive.
You will:
-
Sail along the Hvar coastline on a small boat with just a few people
-
Spend two nights in Medvidina Bay, sleeping in a tent at the Robinson camping site or combining tent and boat
-
Swim, snorkel, read, rest in the shade and enjoy sunsets with almost no artificial light or noise
-
Share stories and simple meals in a place where life follows the rhythm of the sea and the sky
Example itinerary
Day 1 – Sailing from Hvar to Medvidina Bay
We meet in Hvar town, load your bags and food supplies, and start sailing along the south coast.
Depending on wind, we stop in one or two bays for swimming and then continue towards Medvidina Bay, arriving in the afternoon.
You set up your tent or sleeping place, get to know the camp and enjoy your first evening in complete peace.
Day 2 – Full day in Medvidina
No rush, no schedule.
You can:
-
Swim and snorkel in crystal‑clear water
-
Walk, explore the rocks and nearby coves
-
Relax in the shade with a book or just listen to the sea
-
Join your skipper for a short local sail or stay in the bay – as you prefer
In the evening we watch the sunset and the night sky; with almost no light pollution, the stars are usually spectacular.
Day 3 – Return sailing to Hvar
After a slow morning and last swim, we prepare the boat and start sailing back towards Hvar town.
We usually stop in one or two bays on the way, depending on conditions and your energy.
In the late afternoon we arrive back in Hvar, where your short escape ends – hopefully with a quieter mind and many new stories.
